How to Order

For orders of 1-9 copies and gift orders, the 2012 UMass Extension Garden Calendar is $12.00 per copy. For mail orders of 1-9 copies and gift orders, use the standard order form below. Shipping is FREE until November 1. For all orders placed after November 1, add shipping of $2.50 for one calendar and $2.00 for each additional calendar up to 9 (see chart on order form).

Fill out the form completely and clearly, and enclose payment payable to University of Massachusetts. If you wish to order gift calendars and have us send them for you, fill out those addresses as well. Please notify recipients so they know the calendar is being sent to them. When taking advantage of free shipping allow three to four weeks for delivery.

Orders of 10 or more copies of the 2012 UMass Extension Garden Calendar qualify for a bulk price, plus shipping and handling. Click here for bulk order information.
